Thepositionisresponsibleforensuringtimelyrequisitionofgoodsandservicesforinternal consumption and ensure that the goods/services are in the right quality and quantity.
a) Preparation of the LPO and placing orders for goods and services to ensure that suppliers deliver within the agreed lead time.
b) Flightbookingforstaffandotherauthorizedpersonnelandalsoresponsibleformakinghotel reservations for conference facilities and staff accommodation.
c) Receive,inspectandissuegoodstousersaspertheirrequestsandmakefollowupstoensurethey have been delivered.
d) Receiveinvoices,attachnecessarydocumentsandforwardtoFinanceforpayment processing.
e) Bookandcoordinateprovisionofmeals,venueforvariousmeetingsintheheadoffice.
f) Coordinatewithcourierservicestoensuretimelydispatchofparcelstothebranches.
g) Participateinpreparationforgraduationsthroughacquisitionofgowns.

a) DiplomainSupplyChainManagementoranyother relevant field.
