FULL-TIME LECTURERS

The Institute hereby seeks to recruit results-oriented and self-driven experienced lecturers to join our team in Nairobi, Utawala, Kitengela, Machakos, Nyeri, Nanyuki, Embu, Thika, Eldoret, Nakuru, Narok, Kisumu, Kisii & Mombasa Branches.

FULL-TIME LECTURERS

This position will be responsible for the preparation of training materials for both in-person and online programmes at Certificate and Diploma levels in the following areas:

a)Business Management

b)Human Resources Management

c)Supply Chain Management

d)Office Management

e)Marketing Management

f)Project Management

g)Archives & Records Management

h)Tours & Travel Management

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

1.Master’s degree in related field from a recognized institution

2.First degree in Business,  Finance,  Commerce,  Education  (with  Business Studies,  Mathematics, Computer Studies, Commerce, or Economics options) or any other related field.

3.Diploma in Technical Teacher Education (DTTE)

4.Registered with TVETA as a Trainer.

5.Pedagogy Training with TVET CDACC will be an added advantage

6.Professional qualification in the related field.

7.At least 4 years experience in the related field.

8.Proficiency in basic MS Office Packages.

9.A result oriented individual and a team player of high integrity, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

10.Excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.

11.Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles with a good knowledge of adult learning.

12.Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.

13.Information search and research skills, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, questioning and feedback mechanism.
