<p>Leading organizations in a complex and changing world presents a major challenge. Making sense of the changing institutional dynamics, conflicting priorities, optimizing limited resources and creating an innovative edge are just some of the issues leaders have to contend with on a day to day basis as they strive to make a positive decision that can give their organization/institutions a competitive edge.</p>
<p>The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) in partnership with The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM)invites you to a hands on innovative learning experience themed “Improving public sector accountability and transparency” where participants will learn, share and interact with world class speakers and organizational leaders.
