1. REGIONAL BRANCH MANAGER (2 POST)

This position will be responsible for management of the operations of Branches within the region assigned. This will involve business development activities aimed at promoting membership services, conferencing, training, consultancy and KIM School of Management products. The role will further be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating and monitoring activities of Branches within the assigned region to grow revenue and support quality improvement initiatives for the Institute’s service offerings.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

The successful candidate for the above position must have at least six years’ experience in a large organisation having served for at least two (2) years in a Head of Function role within an active commercial environment. The Candidate should also have a Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution and be a member of a relevant professional body

2. BRANCH MANAGER – MEDIUM BRANCH (1 POST)

This position will provide oversight of the overall running and operations of the branch, market the Institute’s products and services, provide all the institute services to members and clients and supervise staff and faculty to ensure achievement of the set revenue targets.

3. OFFICER MEMBERSHIP, ALUMNI AND STUDENT AFFAIRS (1 POST)

This position will be responsible for engaging Members, Students and the Alumni for mutual benefit and growth of the Institute’s business through the identified groups and also manage the member life-cycle from recruitment, renewal process and member benefit administration through vetting, processing of cards and membership certificates.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

The successful candidate for the above position must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in service marketing. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Marketing) or Business and a Post Graduate Diploma from a recognised institution and be a member of Marketing Society of Kenya.
