Main Responsibilities of the Job
Managerial/Supervisory/Operational Responsibilities or Roles
- Effectively man the front office area and ensure timely handling of all student enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compiles list of enquiries for forwarding to the call center for follow up and conversion of enquiries to clients.
- Follow up of certification leads for conversion into clients to enable the branch meet its target.
- Maintain a proper filing system and ensure security of record.
- Handle branch correspondence like calls and mail ensure effective communication and feedback.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and keep proper records for future reference.
- Assist the Branch Manager in planning and participate in marketing activities to increase publicity of the Institute’s products.
- Send communication on clients for progression and registration through SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls and emails to ensure timely communication.
- Liaise with the security guards in ensuring orderliness at the reception area.
- Oversee timely preparation of students’ IDs and their distribution.

Knowledge and Experience Required
- Diploma from a recognized institution
- Two (2) years of experience
