KIM partners with EFQM Excellence Model to drive competitiveness in Kenya
As part of driving competitiveness in organizations, the Kenya Institute of Management has partnered with the EFQM Excellence Model,the most popular quality tool in Europe, used by more than 30,000 organisations to improve performance, with an aim of exchanging information, best practices, benchmarking, knowledge, tools and expertise.
KIM through Organisational Performance Index (OPI) aims at driving excellence and competitiveness in organizations by benchmarking them against global standards and through this partnership, organizations participating in OPI will benefit immensely from knowledge sharing on best practices with organizations in Europe.
The partnership will see top EFQM Assessors join the KIM OPI Assessors in assessing selected OPI participating organizations inKenya from the last week of September to October.
