The KIM Executive Selection Services (ESS) is a recruitment arm of KIM that provides linkages between employing organizations and prospective employees. We appreciate that recruitment can be a laborious, cumbersome and expensive exercise. Many firms are hard pressed for time and manpower to handle such exercises exhaustively. The KIM-ESS therefore seeks to support organizations in this crucial role using well tested and internationally benchmarked recruitment methods and tools. We also seek to empower KIM members and non members to boost their career prospects through a bouquet of services targeted to them.

The objectives of KIM ESS are to:-
