COYA Overview
Introduction
The COYA programme, has grown to be East Africa's premier showcase for corporate excellence. Now in its ninth year, COYA has enjoyed unparalleled growth and prominence in the corporate world. The COYA Gala Night, which is held every first Friday of July, has become a key event in the Kenyan Corporate diary. This information is summarized in a report, which is presented to your management for action. Chief Executives Forum
After the COYA gala night, the COYA secretariat organizes a CEOs' forum where representatives from the participating companies meet with KIM management to share ideas on how to improve the COYA exercise. This forum is then followed by the Inter-company visits and presentation of the management reports. |
